The office of President’s manager was officially opened in 2020 following the election of pastor Desalegn Abebe as the president of the Meserete Kristos church. The main task of this office is to facilitate different daily activities taking place in and out of the office. For example, checking the content of different letters directly addressed to the head office from different stake holders and direct them to whom it may concern for quick response. In addition, the president’s office manager focuses on how to decrease the work load of the president and create conducive working environment among stuff members so that the president will aims at the big vison of the church, maintain and build up good relationship with stake holders in the country and overseas as much as possible.
In addition to the above activities, the office of the president’s manager summarizes quarter and annual activity report of each department and present the summary of these reports to the executive committee quarterly and to general assembly of the church which gathered once a year. The printing of stamps and arranging preconditions to open new bank accounts for local churches and regional offices is mainly the responsibility of the office of the president’s manager.
The administration affairs coordinating office is one of the sections found under the supervision office of the president’s manager and it is responsible for managing cars’ insurance, setting time table for field works. There are also other sub sections responsible for different activities such as HR, communication officer, resource mobilization coordinator, and secretaries. All these sections are work strongly to accomplish the common goal, vision, mission of Meserete Kristos Church and realize the well-being of the kingdom of God nationally and globally.
